Jaime Salazar

Warehouse 72’s Executive Chef, Jaime Salazar, has worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, most recently as Executive Chef at Brasserie 19. Named by Zagat in 2018 as one of Houston’s “Under-the-Radar Chefs to Know,” Salazar brings a fresh perspective on modern Houston dining to WH 72.

Salazar believes in putting his own touch on classic dishes with new ingredients or cooking techniques to create exciting flavors. For Warehouse 72, Salazar developed a contemporary American menu with a “kick.” He’s incorporated influences from a range of countries bordering the Mediterranean — including Italy and Spain — but isn’t being limited by it.


Doug Pak

Warehouse 72, a chef-driven, experiential restaurant concept, was conceived by founder Doug Pak following a life-altering event. With the conception of his own restaurant, he channeled his struggles into a project built on the tenets of creativity, nurturing, and fulfillment. Doug, an entrepreneur who is often referred to as ‘a dream builder,’ is inspired by the bright energy in the world and aims to share that through his restaurants.
